The heat-insulating air-cushion structure ensures a horse-friendly, soft, shock-absorbing stable floor that provides additional support for horses’ legs and joints. Belmondo rubber mats are DLG-certified, meeting DIN 7861:2024 and DIN 3762:2022, German-engineered benchmarks that define how elastic rubber floorings for horses must perform.

DIN 7861:2024 sets out the technical and welfare requirements for horse flooring, with testing covering slip resistance, shock absorption, comfort under the hoof, and durability.

DIN 3762:2022 ensures flooring is safe and non-toxic, testing for PAHs (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) to guarantee the material won’t release harmful substances into the stable environment. These chemicals are often found in poor-quality rubber mats.
