Initial Design
Our team of experienced consultants will draft up your equestrian complex encapsulating the project scope. Our consultants can prepare (DA) Development Application drawings & can submit to the relevant authorities.
Detailed Design
After initial design is complete and the DA application is in place, we will develop detailed design. Throughout this process we will communicate & advise on;
Design change requests
Budget implications and savings among other design implications
Design pitfallsOnce design is finalised, contract pricing will be submitted.
Delivery
Once contract pricing is agreed & contracts are in place we will start to fabricate on our factory floor. While fabrication gets underway our experienced site team will start preparing the site with earthworks, drainage, and foundation as required. The buildings & fit out will follow.
